How long will my power be switched off?
Most domestic consumer unit replacements require the power to be off for several hours. The exact time depends on the size and condition of the installation, and this will be discussed before work begins.
Do I need a full rewire as well?
Not necessarily. Electrical testing will help determine the condition of the existing wiring. If any faults or remedial work are identified, these will be explained and quoted before additional work is carried out.
Will I receive certification?
Yes. The installation will be inspected and tested, with the appropriate electrical certification provided on completion.
